Cheers so much for helping me with your suggestion so fast!

Im afraid that likewise looks out of date...and ive merely tried and information technology didnt seem to allow me to delete that file...what a shame!

Im so frustrated every bit I just bought a brand new laptop with Windows 10 on it - all new and splendid, and so I just wouldnt accept expected if have to messa round with this - people using I-Tunes must be very common - i wonder why i simply seem to have this issue!

Try this:

Step one. Quit iTunes.

Step 2. Press the Windows key or Control (Ctrl) and Escape (Esc) keys on your keyboard.

Step three. In the search box, type "ProgramData", then press the Enter central.

Footstep 4. Brand sure that the hidden files are visible, if non, you lot tin follow steps below:

Windows 10: View > Subconscious items.

Windows 8: View > Options > Show hidden files, folders, and drives.

Windows seven: Organize > Binder and search options > Testify subconscious files, folders, and drives.

Footstep 5. Open the Apple tree Computer folder, and then the iTunes folder.

Step 6. Delete the SC Info folder and the adi folder.

Pace 7. Restart your computer, so run iTunes again and try to make a purchase.

Hmmm,

what happens when you effort to delete information technology? do yous become an error? We may have to accept ownership of the folder, just we tin do information technology.
